League Format

Regular Season (October 24-January 16): Division 1, 2 & 3 - Teams will play their divisional opponents twice.

Recreational Division - Teams play 10 of their 11 divisional opponents once.

Playoffs:  Division 1, 2, 3 & Rec (January 23-January 30) - All teams will compete and receive at least one playoff game, but only the top 4 teams in their respective division will be eligible to win the title. Those teams who win their Semi Final will play a bonus Final game. Playoff games will be 60 minutes.

Please note:

• All teams will receive at least one bye week (week off) over the course of the season.
• There are no games on December 26.
