League Format:

40+: [Regular Season] (Oct 20th - Jan 5th) Each team will play their divisional opponents once, and four teams twice over a 9 game regular season. [Playoffs] (Jan 12th - 19th) Each team will play two playoff games, with the top four teams competing for the league title.

Recreational: [Regular Season] (Oct 20th - Jan 5th) Each team will play their divisional opponents once, and three teams twice over a 9 game regular season. [Playoffs] (Jan 12th - 19th) Each team will play two playoff games, with the top four teams competing for the league title.

Please note:

• Teams will receive up to two bye weeks.
• There are no games on December 29th (Christmas Holidays)
