League Format:

Rec / 30+: [Regular Season] (Aug 15th/22nd - Oct 17th) Teams will play eight of their divisional opponents once. [Playoffs] (Oct 24th - 31st) Each team will play two playoff games with the top four teams competing for the league title.

40+ Division: [Regular Season] (Aug 15th/22nd - Oct 17th) Each team will play their divisional opponents once, and three opponents twice over a 8 game regular season. [Playoffs] (Oct 24th - 31st) Each team will play two playoff games with the top four teams competing for the league title.

Please note:

• Teams will receive a bye week over the course of the season
• There are no games on Oct 3rd (Dome scheduled to go up).
