Final League Spaces for Winter 2025
Most of our winter leagues are well underway by now, but we have secured enough additional time to run one more Coed league starting next week. The late-start Tuesday coed league is an 8-week league taking place at the Ottawa University Lees Dome and the RA Centre and begins on Tuesday 2nd of December. We have two team spaces remaining for the league and details and registration can be found on the Ottawa Footy Sevens Website:
Captain's Pre-Sale for our Winter/Spring Season 2026
The pre-sale ensures that our current teams have the first opportunity to secure team spaces in the next leagues on their respective evenings.
Our Winter/Spring registration will open to the public on Monday, December 1st at noon.
To register, simply select the league(s) you'd like to register for, click on "Request an Invite" at the top of the page and we will send an invite to register for the league. Once approved, you can proceed with registration and make payment (deposit or full amount). Please note, registration is only complete once payment has been received.

- Women's Leagues (Soccer 7s): Monday Women's at RA, Wednesday Women's at RA, Sunday Women's at RA
- Men's OT35s (Soccer 7s) - Friday OT 35s at RA
- Men's (Soccer 7s) - Tuesday Men's at RA, Thursday Men's at RA
